dc.description	Durante sus prácticas profesionales en el área comercial corporativa (PMO) de Conectar TV S.A.S. BIC, el estudiante tiene la oportunidad de conocer de cerca el funcionamiento de una empresa dentro del sector de telecomunicaciones y su impacto en la conectividad y la logística. Esta experiencia le permite desarrollar habilidades en la gestión de proyectos, seguimiento de procesos y análisis de estrategias empresariales. El objetivo de este informe es documentar su proceso de aprendizaje y las funciones desempeñadas dentro de la empresa, destacando la importancia de la Oficina de Gestión de Proyectos (PMO) en la planificación, ejecución y control de iniciativas estratégicas. Además, se analiza cómo la empresa incorpora prácticas de sostenibilidad y responsabilidad social en su modelo de negocio. A lo largo del documento, se abordan aspectos clave como la estructura organizativa, el papel de la PMO en la toma de decisiones y la manera en que la empresa evoluciona para alinearse con estándares de sostenibilidad. Finalmente, se comparten conclusiones y reflexiones sobre el impacto de esta experiencia en su formación profesional.
dc.description.abstract	During their internship in the corporate sales department (PMO) of Conectar TV S.A.S. BIC, students have the opportunity to gain a firsthand understanding of the workings of a company in the telecommunications sector and its impact on connectivity and logistics. This experience allows them to develop skills in project management, process monitoring, and business strategy analysis. The objective of this report is to document their learning process and the roles they perform within the company, highlighting the importance of the Project Management Office (PMO) in the planning, execution, and control of strategic initiatives. It also analyzes how the company incorporates sustainability and social responsibility practices into its business model. Throughout the document, key aspects such as the organizational structure, the role of the PMO in decision-making, and how the company is evolving to align with sustainability standards are addressed. Finally, conclusions and reflections on the impact of this experience on their professional development are shared.
