Abstract

This improvement plan pretends to show the different strategies developed during the training period in the company DSV Air and Sea. Starting from the main objective of improving different processes of the pricing area in the non-renewable energy projects department. In order to make known the weaknesses identified during this time, a SWOT analysis was performed (Figure 3), understanding this as a tool in which the weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats of the company are reflected in order to make strategic decisions in the short, medium and long term. Similarly, different objectives were set to improve the control of quotations, response times, quality of service and therefore customer loyalty. Finally, a great improvement was evidenced not only in the internal control of the area's processes, but also in the closing of new business for the company, since it was possible to offer more competitive rates and a service with great added value.
