El siguiente trabajo de grado da a conocer la empresa Natural Talent, la cual tiene como propuesta de valor la mejora del rendimiento deportivo, siendo diferentes a otras empresas ya que se brindará acompañamiento a cada uno de los alumnos con el fin de observar si su interés por un deporte es el indicado o por el contrario, es por gusto de familiares o personas cercanas que lo llevan a escoger dicho tipo de entrenamiento; así mismo, Natural Talent contará con 4 tipos de deportes, incluyendo el fútbol, patinaje, natación y ajedrez, desde los cuales se motivarán a los niños a realizar actividad física orientándolos en el deporte que más les guste, siempre abordando cuatro componentes fundamentales que son el ámbito físico, psicológico, emocional y social.
Abstract
The following degree work reveals the company Natural Talent, which has as a value proposition the improvement of sports performance, being different from other companies since accompaniment will be provided to each of the students in order to observe if their interest for a sport it is indicated or on the contrary, it is for the pleasure of relatives or close people who lead him to choose said type of training; likewise, Natural Talent will have 4 types of sports, including soccer, skating, swimming and chess, from which children will be motivated to carry out physical activity, guiding them in the sport they like the most, always addressing four fundamental components that are the physical, psychological, emotional and social domain.
