dc.descriptionEste documento tiene como objetivo realizar una revisión y crítica de la literatura de gestión del cambio y su relación con los sistemas de gestión en el contexto de los diferentes tipos de organizaciones. Teniendo en cuenta la revisión bibliográfica realizada en revistas especializadas, se presentan las diferentes tendencias sobre el tema planteado en los últimos diez años evidenciando la evolución de los conceptos planteados y su impacto sobre las organizaciones contemporáneas. Las corrientes de pensamiento encontradas muestran grandes similitudes incluso en sectores diferentes de la economía, dejando en claro que el manejo del cambio y los sistemas de gestión tienen una relación fuerte e indivisible en el logro de los procesos efectivos de transformación cultural dentro de las organizaciones.spa
dc.description.abstractThis document aims to review and critique the change management literature and its relationship with the management systems in the context of different types of organization. Taking into account the literature review carried out in specialized journals, the different trends on the topic raised in the last ten years are presented, evidencing the evolution of the concepts raised and their impact on contemporary organizations. The currents of thought found show great similarities even in different sectors of the economy, making it clear that change management and management systems have a strong and indivisible relationship in achieving effective processes of cultural transformation within organizations.spa
