dc.description	Este plan de mejora tiene como objetivo realizar un flujo logístico para el ingreso de productos nuevos a Homecenter Colombia, ya que se ha evidenciado la necesidad de monitorear este tipo de productos al tener una lógica diferente de reposición y activación. A través de un análisis del proceso y la recopilación de información de funciones junto a las áreas involucradas dentro del flujo de productos nuevos, se plantea el proyecto transversal para la dependencia de logística, liderada por el área de Planeación Cadena de Abastecimiento, convirtiéndose así en la responsabilidad principal durante la práctica profesional. Con este proyecto se espera un trabajo en conjunto de los equipos con el fin de un tiempo de respuesta más eficiente ante demoras en distribución a tiendas y acumulación en los centros de distribución, implementando así este flujo en la nueva normalidad para el comportamiento de este tipo de productos, en donde todos los responsables tengan acceso a la información completa.
dc.description.abstract	The objective of this improvement plan is to develop a logistic flow for the entry of new products to Homecenter Colombia. The need to monitor this type of product, which has a different logic of replenishment and activation, has been evidenced. Through an analysis of the process and the collection of information of functions together with the areas involved in the flow of new products, the transversal project is proposed for the logistics unit, led by the Supply Chain Planning area, thus becoming the main responsibility during the professional practice. With this project, the teams are expected to work together to respond more efficiently to delays in distribution to stores and accumulation in distribution centers, thus implementing this flow in the new normality for the behavior of this type of product, where all responsible have access to complete information.
