Abstract

This report evidences the development and the result of the work carried out during the period of the professional practices carried out in the Universidad Santo Tomás Sede Villavicencio, in the area of Planning and Development, requirement to obtain the title of International Business, where it is put in knowledge the skills and learning acquired during the career, like the way we prepare to be a future good professional. As far as the work carried out in the office of Planning and Development is emphasized in the activities carried out in the administrative field that contributes and enriches the knowledge acquired, highlighting teamwork, communication and speed when suggesting or making decisions, responding to the requirements of users and generating new challenges to test the skills and responsibilities led by managers.
