Abstract

After making a deep diagnosis at the company Date Production

for the ninth semester and to be able to analyze in a more detailed way,

the causes and consequences of the main problem I find, I was able to deduce

lack of implementation of protocols and denying

importance of them within the company to improve their logistics function

and events has presented more than anything for customers

of Date Production more than for them as a company, as they were not

really aware of the subject. Having talked to

some people in the company and tell them this point of view

important to improve, the same problem continued to arise in the

events, so the criticism didn't matter much as it was

change. During the last semester I will organize each protocol of a

formal way, so that you don't just be left in words if you don't also

part of a physical document found in the company to guide itself

important things to consider when making

events and their possible causes. It is also important to make the
