Abstract

This document has a purpose is to accredit the experience obtained in the professional practice carried out in the company TRADEX USA LOGISTICS, a company that carries out operations and logistics activities in the United States and Canada. Likewise, it offers private transport service, safeguarding compliance, security and tracking with the purpose of timely delivery of the load. In the period of 5 months of practice and more than 960 hours of work, the amount of charges budgeted in the internship contract was increased; consequently, helping the growth of the company.

Together in the development of the above mentioned experience is acquired in trading, intervention in international markets, mastery of a second language in this scenario the English language. his has as purpose a range of action where the practitioner must use in an articulated way each of their skills in order to concretize the business operations performing the position of Freight Broker Agent; where applicability is given to various techniques of negotiation of conformity to the country where the company develops its social object.

The business model is categorized as an intermediary and commission agent, in which three parts are involved. Directly the negotiation is done with the customer who is the owner of the load; the one who determines the circumstances of how and when the load must be collected and delivered. However, it determines how much budget is allocated for the freight and the necessary modality for your product to arrive in perfect condition. So, the broker intervenes in the search for transport complying with the standards required by the customer, also determines the percentage of profit for the company, and finally the carriers who accept or not the negotiation proposed by the agents.
