Resumen
La investigación se orientó al seguimiento de colectivos culturales y o artísticos que trabajaran con propuestas desarrolladas por ellos mismos y que aportaran a la mejora de la calidad de vida de los habitantes de la zona de Usme. El objetivo general se orientó a caracterizar las experiencias de los gestores culturales y comunitarios del barrio Tejares. Sobre sus actos encaminados a la mejora de la calidad de vida, además de la creación de una pieza plástica que las visibilizara. Y para lograrlo, primero identificaron las acciones conducidas por el colectivo, que aportaran al nivel de vida. Y segundo, se revisaron los intereses para ejecutarlas. Con lo cual se presumió la mejora en las percepciones de inseguridad, delincuencia y violencia de la localidad, pues, si bien el territorio los presenta, no es lo único que se puede destacar del mismo. Se trabajó bajo el paradigma cualitativo, enfoque fenomenológico y metodología informada en las artes. La recopilación de datos se usó la conversación, entrevista, diario de campo y registro fotográfico, para conocer los propósitos y motivaciones de los participantes del proyecto de las huertas del colectivo en el barrio Tejares y a la vez base para realizar la propuesta plástica. El análisis se ejecutó mediante sistematización. En las conclusiones se menciona que las acciones del Colectivo Tejares, como la recuperación de espacio público con la huerta, el interés por buscar la soberanía alimentaria y la propuesta de la cooperativa con la siembra de la papa nativa, aumentan el nivel de vida. Además, se destaca conocimiento, acciones e historias de los habitantes del barrio como demostraciones de su cultura y aportan no solo a personas externas sino a los residentes del territorio. Por otro lado, se refuerzan los imaginarios positivos. El trabajo del colectivo es su propósito y al mismo tiempo su motivación Al final se presenta una reflexión de la plástica con respecto a la visibilización de los proyectos comunitarios.
Abstract
The research was oriented to the monitoring of cultural and artistic collectives that work with proposals developed by themselves and that contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants of the Usme area. The general objective was oriented to characterize the experiences of the cultural and community managers of the Tejares neighborhood. On their actions aimed at improving the quality of life, in addition to the creation of a plastic piece that would make them visible. And to achieve this, first they identified the actions conducted by the collective, which contribute to the standard of living. And second, they reviewed the interests to execute them. This was presumed to improve perceptions of insecurity, delinquency and violence in the locality, because, although the territory presents them, it is not the only thing that can be highlighted. We worked under the qualitative paradigm, phenomenological approach and arts-informed methodology. The data collection used conversation, interview, field diary and photographic record, to know the purposes and motivations of the participants of the collective's vegetable garden project in the Tejares neighborhood and at the same time the basis for the plastic proposal.The analysis was carried out through systematization. In the conclusions it is mentioned that the actions of the Tejares Collective, such as the recovery of public space with the vegetable garden, the interest in seeking food sovereignty and the proposal of the cooperative with the planting of native potatoes, increase the standard of living. In addition, knowledge, actions and stories of the inhabitants of the neighborhood are highlighted as demonstrations of their culture and contribute not only to outsiders but also to the residents of the territory. On the other hand, positive imaginaries are reinforced. The work of the collective is its purpose and at the same time its motivation. At the end, a reflection of the plastic art is presented with respect to the visibility of community projects.
