Governance in the Higher education system

Organizational governance refers to the guidelines or methods under which the behavior and subsequent management of those who run the organization unfolds; the mechanisms used to establish relations with their internal and external stakeholders or interest groups, where each decision they make, or that the organization makes about them, will define roles, influences, grant powers and affect the parties involved. which will end up facilitating or not the fulfillment of organizational objectives. Understanding Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) as organizations, the concept of governance is fully applicable to them.
