Resumen
La idea de empezar un negocio nace con la identificación de una necesidad en el mercado que no está siendo satisfecha en su totalidad a pesar de la oferta que haya, y son las oportunidades que ve el visionario para dar forma a una empresa. Se debe tener claro la necesidad a satisfacer, sin embargo, el creer que la idea de negocio es grandiosa y la verdad revelada no se asegura el éxito ya que las teorías de emprendimiento han ido rompiendo este paradigma empresarial que se basa en teorías poco realistas y con poca investigación. Con este trabajo se pretende hacer un estudio sobre la importancia que tiene la digitalización para la conservación de documentos, tema vital para el tratamiento archivístico pues además del inevitable daño ocasionado por el paso del tiempo, son muchas las causas que aceleran el proceso de deterioro de la documentación. Por ello se sigue una política de conservación que permite limitar los daños que estos factores pueden ocasionar y esto incluye la digitalización de documentos que posibilita además un acceso más fácil a la información. Para conseguir el objetivo principal es necesario definir el riesgo de realizar actividades de digitación y digitalización de documentos usados en las entidades financieras, agregando valor en la disminución de manipulación de papeles innecesarios para estas entidades. Con el fin de profundizar y desarrollar habilidades en la creación y proyección empresarial, para esto se contará con las herramientas estudiadas en la materia de Plan de Negocios, Desarrollo Empresarial y Proceso Estratégico. El objetivo es aumentar las habilidades y los conocimientos para formar un criterio sólido y objetivo al momento de ejecutar proyectos en mi vida profesional.
Abstract
The idea of starting a business is born with the identification of a need in the market that is not being fully satisfied despite the offer that exists, and these are the opportunities that the visionary sees to shape a company. The need to satisfy must be clear, however, believing that the business idea is great and the revealed truth does not ensure success since entrepreneurship theories have been breaking this business paradigm that is based on unrealistic theories and with little research. The aim of this work is to carry out a study on the importance of digitization for the preservation of documents, a vital issue for archival treatment since, in addition to the inevitable damage caused by the passage of time, there are many causes that accelerate the deterioration process of the documentation. For this reason, a conservation policy is followed that allows limiting the damage that these factors can cause and this includes the digitization of documents that also allows easier access to information. To achieve the main objective, it is necessary to define the risk of performing activities of digitization and digitization of documents used in financial entities, adding value in reducing the handling of unnecessary papers for these entities. In order to deepen and develop skills in business creation and projection, for this we will have the tools studied in the area of Business Plan, Business Development and Strategic Process. The objective is to increase the skills and knowledge to form a solid and objective criterion when executing projects in my professional life.
