Abstract

The idea of ​​starting a business is born with the identification of a need in the market that is not being fully satisfied despite the offer that exists, and these are the opportunities that the visionary sees to shape a company. The need to satisfy must be clear, however, believing that the business idea is great and the revealed truth does not ensure success since entrepreneurship theories have been breaking this business paradigm that is based on unrealistic theories and with little research. The aim of this work is to carry out a study on the importance of digitization for the preservation of documents, a vital issue for archival treatment since, in addition to the inevitable damage caused by the passage of time, there are many causes that accelerate the deterioration process of the documentation. For this reason, a conservation policy is followed that allows limiting the damage that these factors can cause and this includes the digitization of documents that also allows easier access to information. To achieve the main objective, it is necessary to define the risk of performing activities of digitization and digitization of documents used in financial entities, adding value in reducing the handling of unnecessary papers for these entities. In order to deepen and develop skills in business creation and projection, for this we will have the tools studied in the area of ​​Business Plan, Business Development and Strategic Process. The objective is to increase the skills and knowledge to form a solid and objective criterion when executing projects in my professional life.
