Durante el desarrollo de la práctica realizada en la secretaría de infraestructura del municipio de Tunja, se realizaron diferentes actividades centradas en desarrollar el inventario vial urbano y rural del municipio de Tunja como herramienta estratégica para diagnosticar, planificar y priorizar intervenciones en la red vial, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de las metas establecidas de la ciudad para su Plan de Desarrollo Territorial 2024-2027 y el apoyo en las actividades de la oficina municipal de Gestión del Riesgo de desastres.
Las actividades incluyeron visitas de campo en diferentes barrios de la ciudad para inspeccionar las condiciones reales de la malla vial, lo cual permitió recopilar datos del deterioro de la misma, toma de fotografías, elaboración de informes y transcripción de datos en hojas de cálculo en Excel y elaboración de Kmz en Google Earth para determinar la cantidad de datos en kilómetros recopilados con el cual se logró alcanzar una meta de 174 km de vías urbanas inventariadas de los 343.5 km de vías aproximadamente que tiene la ciudad de Tunja.
La Secretaría de infraestructura sigue los parámetros técnicos establecidos por el Instituto Nacional de Vías (INVÍAS) y la legislación ambiental pertinente para el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de la red vial municipal.
De igual manera con el Consejo Municipal de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres (CMGRD) el pasante desarrolló diversas actividades como, visitas técnicas en viviendas afectadas por incendios o inundaciones lo cual generó afectaciones en la estructura de las mismas, participación en los PMU (puestos de mando unificados) en donde se realizaba la inspección de seguridad humana y estructural de los eventos de ciudad y revisión de planes de contingencia de los eventos.
En general la experiencia adquirida durante la práctica contribuyó de una manera muy positiva en la formación profesional del pasante y tuvo un impacto positivo el cual significo para que el último mes de práctica fuera tenido en cuenta por la secretaria de infraestructura para ser contratado como contratista en la prestación de servicios como tecnólogo para el apoyo a la secretaría de infraestructura territorial en la realización del inventarío vial del municipio de Tunja.
Abstract
During the internship at the Infrastructure Secretariat of the Municipality of Tunja, various activities focused on developing the urban and rural road inventory of the municipality of Tunja as a strategic tool for diagnosing, planning, and prioritizing road network interventions. This contributed to the city's achievement of its 2024-2027 Territorial Development Plan and supported the activities of the Municipal Disaster Risk Management Office.
The activities included field visits to different neighborhoods in the city to inspect the actual conditions of the road network, which allowed for the collection of data on road deterioration, photography, reporting, and data transcription into Excel spreadsheets. The creation of km/h (miles) in Google Earth was used to determine the amount of data collected in kilometers. This led to the city achieving its goal of 174 km of inventoried urban roads out of the approximately 343.5 km of roads in the city of Tunja.
The Infrastructure Secretariat follows the technical parameters established by the National Road Institute (INVÍAS) and the relevant environmental legislation for the design, development, and maintenance of the municipal road network.
Similarly, with regard to risk management, the intern carried out various activities, such as technical visits to homes affected by fires or floods, which caused structural damage, and participation in PMUs (unified command posts) where human and structural safety inspections of city events were conducted, as well as reviewing contingency plans for these events.
Overall, the experience gained during the internship contributed very positively to the intern's professional development and had a positive impact. This meant that during the last month of the internship, the Infrastructure Secretariat considered him as a contractor to provide services as a technologist to support the Territorial Infrastructure Secretariat in conducting a road inventory for the municipality of Tunja.
