dc.descriptionEn el marco de las finalidades del instituto Colombo Alemán para la paz, denominado CAPAZ, la Universidad Santo Tomás realizó el presente proyecto teniendo como objetivo general orientarlo hacia un estudio comparado con Alemania. Alemania puede aportar a la cuestión su experiencia con la restitución de tierras después de la reunificación del país en 1990, por lo que allá se crearon estructuras orgánicas y jurídicas para realizar un sistema de restitución y de compensación que preservarían los derechos fundamentales desde la perspectiva del Estado de Derecho y que al mismo tiempo garantizarían estructuras agrarias sostenibles.spa
dc.description.abstractWithin the framework of the aims of the Colombo German institute for peace, called CAPAZ, Santo Tomás University carried out the present project with the general objective of orienting it towards a study compared with Germany. Germany can bring to the issue its experience with land restitution after the reunification of the country in 1990, so that organic and legal structures were created there to make a system of restitution and compensation that would preserve fundamental rights from the perspective of the Rule of Law and that at the same time guarantee sustainable agrarian structures.spa
