dc.descriptionAl interior de la práctica empresarial se identificaron falencias en el área de Track and Trace y ECR (Respuesta Eficiente al Cliente) de la empresa Lean Solutions Group; donde no se desarrollaba un buen manejo sobre el uso del programa Slack para potencializar la respuesta efectiva al cliente. Por tanto, el objetivo de este trabajo es optimizar el uso del programa Slack por parte de sus colaboradores, con el fin de mejorar la metodología actual. Para lo anterior, se implementaron KPI’s que le dieron un soporte cualitativo y así darles seguimiento, monitoreo y control a las respuestas de los clientes.  Palabras Clave: Segmento de Mercado, Servicio Logístico, Slack para empresas, Indicadores, Transporte Multimodal, Logística, Tecnología, Intangible, Comunicación Digital. spa
dc.description.abstractWithin the business practice, shortcomings were identified in the areas of Track and Trace and ECR (Efficient Customer Response) of the Lean Solutions Group, where good management of the use of the Slack program to enhance the effective response to the customer was not developed. Therefore, this work's objective is to optimize the use of the Slack program by its collaborators to improve the current methodology. For the above, KPIs were implemented.spa
