Abstract

This professional practice report proposes an improvement plan aimed at optimizing the training process for the position of Corporate Treasury Intern at Medtronic Shared Service America SAS. Due to privacy and confidentiality policies, some company data has been modified for the preparation of this document. The project is developed through an explanation of how the various tools used to classify bank transfers within the organization work, with the aim of establishing an improvement plan that optimizes this process and the use of these tools. This will allow transfers to be classified more efficiently, generating a learning curve that reduces corporate errors and decreases dependence on the work team. Given this scenario, the aim is to create a structured system that indicates, in detail, the step-by-step activities, accompanied by material and practical examples that facilitate understanding. The purpose of this document is to transform tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge through the detailed systematization of the activities that make up the organizational process. This strategy seeks to optimize operational efficiency and foster greater levels of autonomy among practitioners. Among the expected impacts are a reduction in the time spent on training, the minimization of operational errors, and the establishment of a replicable documentary base that strengthens institutional knowledge management.
