dc.description	Berlin University Residences es un complejo residencial ubicado en la ciudad de Berlin-Alemania, que integra tres zonas de vivienda diferenciadas por su tipo de ocupación: un hostal y una serie de viviendas de alquiler de ocupación a corto plazo, y residencias para estudiantes universitarios con ocupación a largo plazo. El proyecto incluye además, una propuesta de espacio público que se complementa con varios establecimientos comerciales según las características y necesidades del sector de emplazamiento. B.U.R se presenta como una propuesta para mitigar el déficit de vivienda para universitarios que aqueja a Berlin en el 2016, dentro del programa de “Provisión de Vivienda para Estudiantes” del Departamento de Desarrollo Urbano y Medio Ambiente del Senado de Berlin.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Berlin University Residences is a residential complex located in the city of Berlin-Germany. The complex includes three housing areas differentiated by their occupation: a hostel and a number of rental housing short-term occupation; a hostel and residences for university students with long-term occupation. The project also includes a proposal for public space that is complemented by sundry commercial establishments, according to the characteristic and needs of the sector where it is located. B.U.R is presented as a proposal to palliate the housing shortage affecting Berlin in 2016, within the “Student Housing Strategy” of the Senate Department of Urban Development and the Environment of the city.	spa
