Resumen

Por medio de este plan de mejora empresarial se pretende mejorar el desempeño del próximo pasante u persona el cual ocupe el lugar de facturación, brindándole todas las herramientas y saberes a través de un manual detallado el cual les brindará instrucciones y orientaciones claras sobre cómo es el debido proceso de la cuenta de Baker Hughes de Colombia dentro del área de Energy & Projects en DSV, aquí se le brindara a la persona como es el debido tratamiento y seguimiento de la información desde que la agencia de aduanas (SIAP) envía soportes hasta el momento final de la operación. La siguiente guía será de gran utilidad para el área de Energy Projects, dado que el próximo pasante o persona que ocupe mi lugar podrá contar con una referencia concisa y altamente visual del proceso que deberá llevar a cabo. Además, se le proporcionarán indicaciones claras sobre los posibles contratiempos que podrían surgir al facturar los embarques, evitando así la necesidad de refacturaciones. Es importante tener en cuenta que cada factura rechazada por parte del cliente tiene un costo de cien (100) dólares para DSV, debido a errores operativos u otros motivos. Al mitigar estos costos asociados a las facturas, se logrará brindar un servicio de calidad a nuestro cliente, Baker Hughes de Colombia.

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to improve the performance of the next intern or person who takes the billing position, providing all the tools and knowledge through a detailed manual which will provide clear instructions and guidance on how is the due process of the Baker Hughes de Colombia account within the area of Energy & Projects in DSV, here will be provided to the person as is the proper treatment and monitoring of the information since the customs agency (SIAP) sends support until the final moment of the operation. The following guide will be very useful for the Energy Projects area, since the next intern or person who takes my place will be able to have a concise and highly visual reference of the process to be carried out. In addition, clear indications will be provided on the possible mishaps that could arise when invoicing shipments, thus avoiding the need for re-invoicing. It is important to note that each invoice rejected by the customer costs DSV $100, whether due to operational errors or other reasons. By mitigating these costs associated with invoices, we will be able to provide a quality service to our customer, Baker Hughes de Colombia.
