dc.descriptionEste artículo busca identificar los beneficios de los sistemas de gestión, modelos, metodologías, políticas gubernamentales, sellos y/o premios para mejorar la calidad en el sector hotelero a nivel mundial. De acuerdo con lo anterior, se realizó una revisión sistemática exploratoria, a través de 47 artículos publicados entre el 2003 y el 2021, encontrados en las bases de datos ScienceDirect, Quality Access to Success, Atlantis press, ResearchGate, Google Academic, Dialnet y repositorios institucionales de las Universidades de Medellín y Politécnica de Cartagena. En este análisis se identificaron beneficios económicos, de mercado y organizacionales al implementar sistemas de gestión, metodologías, métodos, políticas gubernamentales, sellos y/o premios en los establecimientos de alojamiento y hospedaje. Se observó que los beneficios más destacados corresponden a la mejora continua, innovación y eficiencia en el desempeño y la gestión estratégica, satisfacción del cliente interno, posicionamiento en el mercado, satisfacción del turista, incremento en las ventas, incorporación de mejores prácticas de servicio, reconocimiento internacional, optimización de recursos y mejora de la productividad. En este sentido, es factible concluir que implementar sistemas de gestión de calidad articulados con metodologías, métodos, políticas gubernamentales, sellos y/o premios contribuyen al logro de los beneficios identificados en este artículo.spa
dc.description.abstractThis article seeks to identify the benefits of management systems, models, methodologies, government policies, seals and / or awards to improve quality in the hotel sector worldwide. In accordance with the above, an exploratory systematic review was carried out, through 47 articles published between 2003 and 2021, found in the ScienceDirect, Quality Access to Success, Atlantis press, ResearchGate, Google Academic, Dialnet and repositories databases. institutions of the Universities of Medellín and Politécnica de Cartagena. In this analysis, economic, market and organizational benefits were identified when implementing management systems, methodologies, methods, government policies, seals and / or awards in accommodation and lodging establishments. It was observed that the most outstanding benefits correspond to continuous improvement, innovation and efficiency in performance and strategic management, internal customer satisfaction, market positioning, tourist satisfaction, increased sales, incorporation of best service practices, international recognition, resource optimization and productivity improvement. In this sense, it is feasible to conclude that implementing quality management systems articulated with methodologies, methods, government policies, seals and / or awards contribute to the achievement of the benefits identified in this articlespa
