Abstract

The Santo Tomás University has a current agreement, where students belonging to the environmental engineering program are allowed to carry out their professional practice in order to carry out the corresponding work in the entity and provide feedback on the knowledge acquired in the different subjects studied in the Engineering area The Regional Autonomous Corporation of Boyacá (CORPOBOYACÁ), is a leading entity in the sustainable development, administration and protection of natural resources; Its primary function is to ensure their conservation and act as an environmental authority when these resources are violated; Therefore, the development of this practice within the entity is important since it meets all those needs that man requires in its development, without degrading, altering or extinguishing the ecosystem used. (Samacá, 2018) This is how, as today, this Corporation has allowed to preserve the region strategically in a sustainable and balanced way between human beings and the environment. Regarding the work carried out in CORPOBOYACA (Regional Autonomous Corporation of Boyacá), the activities carried out were aimed at reviewing the mission records of previous validities taking into account the technical and legal considerations defined in the current regulations, reviewing the mining environmental licensing records that they are in the paramour zone, to support in the follow-up visits to the assigned mission files, preparing the visit minutes and issuing the corresponding technical concepts; finally, to support the updating of activities in the GEO-ENVIRONMENT application or in the database in which the Corporation stipulates it. This report seeks to capture the development of these activities and the importance in the execution of these activities, transmitting what has been learned in order that when reading this document, the fundamental role of the regional entities that regulate, promote and ensure the Conservation of natural resources; emphasizing the hard work that was done in Corpoboyacá exactly.
