dc.descriptionEl presente proyecto se estructura de acuerdo con los lineamientos de la universidad y bajo los criterios de la metodología aplicada constituyendo un trabajo aunado con la iniciativa de varias familias campesinas que se asientan en el municipio de Anza, en la vereda la Cejita, con la finalidad de garantizar una mayor y mejor calidad en el grano de café como producto final, luego de un beneficio correcto y adecuado. Por tanto, se pretende dar solución a una problemática social mediante una alternativa para la construcción de un beneficiadero eficiente y eficaz, mediante la utilización de materiales ancestrales de fácil consecución en la ubicación geográfica antes descrita, dichos materiales son: la guadua, el bambú, la madera, esterillas, tapias y a la vez estos complementados con los materiales de uso común como concretos, ladrillos y morteros, entre otros, pero siempre bajo el cumplimiento de las normas vigentes de sismo-resistencia en Colombia, como la NSR-10 en sus títulos A,E y G, y teniendo en cuenta la NTC 2500, para el cuidado y manejo de estos materiales.spa
dc.description.abstractThis project was born from an initiative of the Committee of Departmental Coffee Growers of Antioquia in partnership with the peasants of the village of La Cejita in the municipality of Anza, in order to ensure the quality of the coffee harvested through the design and construction of a community coffee bean farm , Which is one of the solutions to the effects of social, economic, cultural, political and ecological issues, among other aspects; Since it facilitates a balance between social and economic development, thus providing more and better opportunities for employment. This project intends to analyze the construction processes and the use of ancestral materials of easy attainment in the region of very low costs and that has as alternative the use of the guadua and the wood, correlated with mortars, bricks and concrete and that will make of the Beneficiary an economic construction, but to its complying with the standard NSR-10 resistance earthquake. This work consists of Six parts, in the first part of this work will be carried out the description of the project, in our case we can see that it is a beneficiary, the types of coffee benefit, the role of a community coffee beneficiary, its advantages And features. The second part deals with the problem of the present work, that is to say, why this project is born and what its characteristics and scope are. In the third part we can observe the general objective and the specific ones that are intended to be achieved with the accomplishment of this work. In the fourth part we will see the justification for the realization of this work, which has the purpose of analyzing the construction processes that are presented in the conjugated use of ancestral materials, and the materials of common use and that are an alternative in the construction of a coffee shop. In the fifth part we will have the theoretical framework which is based on the background investigated around the use of ancestral materials in other constructions, as well as its added value, limitations to its use according to our normativity, characteristics of ancestral materials. In this part we will also observe the delimitation of the project, its location, proposed area, distribution, construction system, feasibility, project development and as added value will present the budgets, financial evaluation and other activities required for the execution of the projects. Works finally we have the conclusions, in which it can be observed that the objectives proposed for the accomplishment of this work were achieved.spa
