Resumen

El presente informe tiene como fin establecer la importancia de implementar una herramienta para el área logística de la compañía CasaToro S.A BIC que contribuyan al buen manejo del tiempo de todas las personas que conforman el equipo, con ayuda de herramientas que conlleven a un adecuado manejo de los procesos por parte de cada operación que compone el área. Este proyecto implico varias fases de desarrollo en las cuales se establecieron objetivos a corto y largo plazo que se fueron implementando conforme se podía recopilar toda la información posible de los formatos de cada naviera, puerto, proveedor o cliente fuera solicitando. Gracias a esto se logró consolidar una matriz robusta con toda la información necesaria y suficiente para el desarrollo del aplicativo y a su vez optimizar el desempeño y tiempo requerido para el diligenciamiento de la documentación requerida.

Abstract

This report aims to establish the importance of implementing a tool for the logistics area of the company CasaToro S.A. BIC that contribute to the good time management of all the people who make up the team, with the help of tools that lead to an adequate management of the processes by each operation that makes up the area. This project involved several development phases in which short and long term objectives were established and implemented as all possible information could be gathered from the formats of each shipping company, port, supplier or client. Thanks to this, we were able to consolidate a robust matrix with all the necessary and sufficient information for the development of the application and at the same time optimize the performance and time required for the completion of the required documentation.
