Abstract

The National Learning Service (SENA); from its definition, it is an entity that works to improve the quality of life of Colombians; offering training with technical, technological and complementary programs, which focused on the economic, technological and social development of the country, helps the productive activities of companies and industry, to obtain better competitiveness and production with globalized markets. SENA, through strategic alliances, contributes with different international entities to the transformation of Colombia, through high quality training, learning environments with cutting-edge technology standards, innovation, research, technological development and knowledge transfer. The entity has a broad portfolio of products (Comprehensive Vocational Training, Employment, Entrepreneurship) and Services (Training, Work, Internationalization, Innovation, National Work Training System) that helps strengthen the processes of comprehensive professional training that favor the community development at urban and rural levels. Therefore, my performance developed in the internationalization program offered by SENA was fundamental; because I met and shared with people who contributed to enhance my daily learning; In addition, I contribute the knowledge acquired during my academic training that contributed to the objectives established by the institution during my business practice process.
