Entre piratas y tesoros: narraciones del Píleo en el contexto del Colegio Germán Arciniegas

Abstract

The following document is an innovative narrative proposal that finds in the pedagogical story a different way to get close to investigating the field of discussion in an educational context. The systematization of the experience of PILEO "Discovering a treasure in reading, writing, and speaking"developed between 2008 and 2015 in the Colegio German Arciniegas I.E.D. in the neighborhood of Bosa in Bogota, Colombia, is narrated in the context of a pirate story. The systemizers personify pirates that embark on an adventure to find the treasure that constitutes the narratives that come out in the implementation of this project. Thereby, the flag represents the epistemological focus of historical hermeneutic order. The ship is the same systematization. It navigates with the power of the sails, that constitute the qualitative investigation, through the ocean of education and permits the pirates to find the desired treasure to gather, organize, and classify the PILEO experience with the goal of interpreting, understanding, and comprehending from different feelings and lived experiences of the actors involved in the process. Finally, when the pirates return to land they realize the adventure they had and their accomplishments in search of the treasure; like the didactic strategies implemented in the project that end up being very significant for the educational community of the institution because they are able to link in solidarity the parents, students, and teachers, using as an excuse the strengthening of the communicative skills of reading, writing, and speaking.
