El presente trabajo de grado basa su importancia, en la elaboración de un estudio con el fin de determinar la factibilidad de este. Es así́ como se logró́ llevar a cabo un ejercicio investigativo, siendo la recreación y el descanso el principal objetivo.
El resultado del trabajo contiene el planteamiento del problema, los marcos referenciales que están compuestos por marco histórico, teórico, conceptual, legal y normativo. Igualmente, se utilizó́ en el diseño metodológico el tipo de investigación descriptiva donde la población estuvo conformada por los habitantes del municipio de Charalá, Santander.
En la investigación se desarrollaron objetivos específicos como el diseño del estudio de mercados que permiten identificar la situación real y la necesidad de la creación de un hotel campestre.
El proyecto incorporo sistemas de captación y reciclaje de aguas lluvias y superficiales para reutilizarlas en el mantenimiento de las zonas verdes y alimentación de las fuentes de agua.
El diseño respeta e integra el contexto sociocultural del lugar, fortaleciendo el sentido de identidad y pertenencia de los usuarios, usando materiales sostenibles y en armonía con el entorno como la piedra, arena y grava locales aportan resistencia y estabilidad térmica; La madera y el vidrio optimizan la luz natural, reduciendo el consumo energético; El metal, complementa la estructura con un enfoque sostenible. Esta selección de materiales, logran la eficiencia, confort y respeto por el paisaje, garantizando una construcción eficiente, de bajo impacto ambiental y en sintonía con el paisaje.
Abstract
The importance of this degree work is based on the elaboration of a study in order to determine its feasibility. Thus, it was possible to carry out a research exercise, being recreation and rest the main objective.
The result of the work contains the problem statement, the reference frameworks that are composed of historical, theoretical, conceptual, legal and normative frameworks. Likewise, a descriptive type of research was used in the methodological design, where the population consisted of the inhabitants of the municipality of Charalá, Santander.
Specific objectives were developed in the research, such as the design of the market study that allows the identification of the real situation and the need for the creation of a country hotel.
The project incorporated rainwater and surface water collection and recycling systems to reuse them for the maintenance of green areas and the replenishment of water sources.
The design respects and integrates the site's socio-cultural context, strengthening users sense of identity and belonging. It uses sustainable materials that harmonize with the environment—such as locally sourced stone, sand, and gravel, which provide strength and thermal stability. Wood and glass optimize natural light, reducing energy consumption, while metal complements the structure with a sustainable focus.
This careful selection of materials ensures efficiency, comfort, and respect for the landscape, resulting in a low-impact, environmentally friendly construction that is in harmony with its surroundings.
