| dc.description | Este trabajo aborda la importancia de la automatización de procesos y la inteligencia artificial en el sector hotelero. En un entorno donde la eficiencia operativa y el uso de los datos son cruciales, los hoteles deben adaptarse a las demandas cambiantes del mercado. La implementación de tecnologías avanzadas que permitan estudiar y analizar los datos son de gran ayuda para optimizar la gestión operativa y personalizar la experiencia del huésped, lo que puede mejorar la satisfacción y la lealtad del cliente. La propuesta incluye la recopilación y análisis de datos para identificar áreas de mejora, la automatización de servicios, y la creación de ofertas personalizadas, todo con el objetivo de fortalecer la posición competitiva del hotel. La metodología aplicada es tipo investigativa y descriptiva, enfocada en resolver un problema del entorno empresarial en el sector hotelero. El proceso incluyó: reuniones con el personal administrativo para recolectar requerimientos; diseño del esquema lógico del algoritmo; desarrollo del código en Python dentro del entorno Google Colaboratory; validación mediante pruebas con datos reales; y finalmente la elaboración de un manual de usuario y capacitación del personal. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper addresses the importance of process automation and artificial intelligence in the hotel industry. In an environment where operational efficiency and data utilization are crucial, hotels must adapt to the changing demands of the market. The implementation of advanced technologies that allow the study and analysis of data is highly beneficial for optimizing operational management and personalizing the guest experience, which can improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. The proposal includes data collection and analysis to identify areas for improvement, service automation, and the creation of personalized offers, all with the goal of strengthening the hotel’s competitive position. The applied methodology is of an applied and descriptive research type, focused on solving a problem within the business environment. The process included meetings with administrative staff to gather requirements; design of the logical algorithm scheme; code development in Python within the Google Colaboratory environment; validation through testing with real data; and finally, the creation of a user manual and staff training. | |
