El presente estudio se hace con el objetivo de realizar un plan prospectivo estratégico del centro médico deportivo Fitness People para el año 2030 utilizando matrices donde encontraremos las fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas encontradas en áreas administrativas, comerciales, tecnológicas, legales, que nos permiten tener una información más detalla de la empresa además de software especializados para alcanzar las metas propuestas también encontraran escenarios estratégicos de posibles futuros tanto positivos y negativos para el centro médico deportivo Fitness People.
Abstract
The present study is carried out with the objective of carrying out a strategic prospective plan of the fitness people sports medical center for the year 2030 using matrices where we will find the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats found in administrative, commercial, technological, legal areas, which allow us to Having more detailed information about the company, as well as specialized software to achieve the proposed goals, they will also find strategic scenarios of possible futures, both positive and negative for the Fitness People Sports Medical Center
