Abstract

Municipality like Nuevo Colón, recognized for being a fruit producer, has the difficulty of not having an infrastructure that offers the processing and use of fruits. Therefore, the general objective is: To create the necessary conditions for the development and strengthening of the agro-industrial sector, with an adequate sustainable and sustainable infrastructure that facilitates the organization of agri-food chains and business growth, generating productive employment and in turn helping to improve the level of income and quality of life of the population. The specific objectives are: Create a technical center for the agricultural sector in order to obtain a better use of the fruit. Encourage the agricultural sector to involve fruit tourism as a strategy to publicize the raw material, the places where it is produced and the technical center where it is processed.
