En los últimos años, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, y, en general, toda la comunidad educativa, ha mejorado sus esfuerzos para asegurar y regular la calidad en la educación superior. Bajo la anterior intención, se considera pertinente el desarrollo del presente trabajo investigativo, el cual se fundamenta desde un enfoque metodológico cualitativo y diseñado con base en una teoría fundamentada, a través de un proceso ordenado y configurado por la recolección y el análisis interpretativo de las percepciones, respecto a la acreditación según los gestores involucrados en el aseguramiento de la calidad. El desarrollo de este estudio no es lineal ya que, según los resultados, el desarrollo de la investigación puede ser modificado, convirtiéndolo en una investigación dinámica y flexible a las circunstancias que se pueda presentar. Sin embargo, la estructura ideal se organiza en primera instancia por la fundamentación de múltiples conceptos pertinentes para el entendimiento del estudio. Entre estos, se destacan el concepto de calidad según el Decreto 1330, y el concepto de percepción. Luego, se soporta lo referente al componente evaluativo del aseguramiento de la calidad, donde se destaca la evaluación de los estándares mínimos de calidad mediante el registro calificado, y lo que compete a la investigación; la evaluación de los procesos de acreditación. Luego, se enuncia el método, el tipo de investigación, junto con las respectivas pautas para diseñar la investigación, teniendo en cuenta el diseño del instrumento, la recolección de datos, la codificación de la información y su respectivo análisis interpretativo. Finalmente, se bosquejan unas breves conclusiones que presentan la expectativa del presente anteproyecto, avisando que no se busca posicionar una teoría nueva, ya que eso implicaría generalizar las interpretaciones. Más bien, se espera que, a través de la materialización de las opiniones, se construyan aportes constructivos para futuras investigaciones.
Abstract
Latterly, the Ministry of National Education, and, in general, the entire educational community, has improved its efforts to ensure and regulate quality in higher education. Under the previous intention, the development of this research is considered pertinent, which is based on a qualitative methodological approach and designed based on a grounded theory, through an orderly process and configured by the collection and interpretive analysis of the perceptions, regarding accreditation according to the managers involved in quality assurance. The development of this study is not linear since, according to the results, the development of the research can be modified, making it a dynamic and flexible investigation to the circumstances that may arise. However, the ideal structure is organized in the first instance by the foundation of multiple concepts relevant to the understanding of the study. Among these, the concept of quality according to Decree 1330, and the concept of perception stand out. Then, the reference to the evaluation component of quality assurance is supported, which highlights the evaluation of minimum quality standards through qualified registration, and what concerns the research; the evaluation of accreditation processes. Then, the method, the type of research, together with the respective guidelines for designing the research, considering the design of the instrument, the collection of data, the coding of the information and their respective interpretative analysis are stated. Finally, brief conclusions are drawn that present the expectation of the present preliminary research, warning that it is not sought to position a new theory, since that would imply generalizing the interpretations. Rather, it is expected that, through the materialization of opinions, constructive contributions will be built for future research.
