Resumen
El objetivo del presente trabajo es explicar la importancia del sector comercial, sin embargo, el objetivo final de este trabajo es analizar e informar respecto a los beneficios de la creación de un nuevo puesto en el sector operacional internacional el cual se ha desarrollado desde febrero del 2023 hasta la fecha de revisión final de este informe (junio del 2024) donde se explica su importancia en los sectores comercial de ventas y operativo, recursos humanos, centro de proceso de ventas y financiero, debido a la falta de personal en mundo hispano (Colombia, Ecuador, México, España, Argentina y Chile) que se haga cargo de estas labores ya que los miembros de estos sectores se reducen al director comercial o a un selecto grupo de personas que las realizan desde Brasil.
Abstract
The objective of this paper is to explain the importance of the commercial sector, however, the final objective of this paper is to analyze and report on the benefits of the creation of a new position in the international operational sector which has been developed from February 2023 to the final review date of this report (June 2024) where it explains its importance in the commercial sector of sales and operational, human resources, sales process center and financial, due to the lack of personnel in the Hispanic world (Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Spain, Argentina and Chile) to take charge of this position.
