Abstract

The public sector has as regulatory compliance, the implementation and management of the Integrated Planning and Management Model (MIPG) defined by the public function in order to improve the institutional performance of organizations, but also if we talk about health sector institutions as well must comply with the mandatory quality assurance system that establishes 4 basic pillars of compliance, one of them the unique accreditation system, which has a similar purpose to the MIPG but with a greater scope, secondary to the achievement of higher quality standards must exceed the basic requirements demanded. Taking into account the above, it can be said that the public institutions of the health sector comply with the two regulations proposed, but this generates economic consequences and reprocesses that impact the provision of service from the healthcare area, but especially from the administrative area that supports said provision affecting the continuous improvement, the environment and the achievement of the institutional strategic objectives. For this reason, the current research proposes a methodology that integrated the Integrated Model of Planning and Management MIPG and the Unique System of SUA Accreditation so that they can be implemented in an operational way with activities that influence their fulfillment simultaneously; Likewise, an investigation of the regulations is carried out with a subsequent analysis of the inflection points and definition of the executable activities to fulfill the requirements of both, which determine a joint growth for the institution. Additionally and not least, a strategy is worked with which the knowledge of this methodology can be transferred in order to leave a long-term mark on the institution, with the obtaining of the adequate management of institutional knowledge, not individually but collective and thus the cultural transformation with lasting results for a longer time and the continuous improvement of the entity.
