Si bien es cierto en ingeniería, como en la mayoría de las áreas del conocimiento, la práctica es una de las herramientas que funciona como complemento del aprendizaje que se adquiere en las aulas de clase que tienen dedicadas para ello las universidades. Debido a la importancia del complemento que conforman la conexión teórico-práctica, es importante, para un estudiante realizar labores que involucren el componente técnico relacionado con su disciplina, responsabilidad y ética profesional. El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad exponer la pasantía realizada en la ALCALDIA MUNICIPAL DEL MUNICIPIO DE SAN JOSÉ DE PARE BOYACÁ como apoyo a la Oficina Asesora de Planeación Municipal como opción de grado para optar el título de Ingeniero Civil de la Universidad Santo Tomás Tunja; exponiendo las actividades que se realizaron durante el periodo de pasantía como el acompañamiento a visitas de campo con Corpo Boyaca y la UNGRD y la UGRM del mismo modo las actividades de oficina como elaboración de PRESUPUESTOS, APUS y demás, los aportes que se llevaron a cabo tanto del estudiante hacía la entidad y viceversas, la relación con el personal de trabajo y la aplicación de los conocimientos adquiridos e integralidad del profesional tomasino en su área de trabajo. Así mismo, se mencionan los principales impactos que se dieron gracias a las actividades realizadas por el pasante, donde se tiene en cuenta la participación del individuo dentro del proyecto y dentro de la comunidad, siempre pensando en el bienestar, mejoramiento y proyección del lugar donde se desarrollen actividades laborales. Por último, se mencionan detalles de la experiencia, utilizando la matriz DOFA por medio de la cual se exponen las debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas, factores importantes y de relevancia cuando en las actividades del entorno laboral.

Abstract

Although it is true in engineering, as in most areas of knowledge, practice is one of the tools that works as a complement to the learning that is acquired in the classrooms that universities have dedicated to it. Due to the importance of the complement that make up the theoretical-practical connection, it is important for a student to carry out tasks that involve the technical component related to the discipline, responsibility and professional ethics of it. The purpose of this paper is to present the internship carried out in the ALCALDIA MUNICIPAL DEL MUNICIPIO DE SAN JOSÉ DE PARE BOYACÁ as support for the Oficina Asesora de Planeación Municipal a degree option to obtain the title of Civil Engineer from the Santo Tomás Tunja University; exposing the activities that were carried out during the internship period such as the accompaniment to field visits with Corpo Boyaca and the UNGRD and the UGRM in the same way the office activities such as preparing BUDGETS, APUS and others, the contributions that were carried out both from the student to the entity and vice versa, the relationship with the work staff and the application of the acquired knowledge and integrality of the Tomasino professional in their work area. Likewise, the main impacts that occurred thanks to the activities carried out by the intern are mentioned, where the participation of the individual within the project and within the community is taken into account, always thinking about the well-being, improvement and projection of the place where work activities are developed. Finally, details of the experience are mentioned, using the SWOT matrix by means of which the weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats, important and relevant factors are exposed when in the activities of the work environment.
