La presente investigación-intervención se realiza con el objetivo de comprender y movilizar los procesos auto y heterorreferenciales de los profesionales de la Fundación Génesis, los jóvenes, las familias y el equipo de investigadores-interventores, para posibilitar reconfiguraciones de la pauta adicta, que favorezcan procesos co-evolutivos del sistema. El trabajo se inscribe al macroproyecto de Vínculos, Ecología y Redes de la Maestría en Psicología Clínica y de la Familia de la Universidad Santo Tomás.
La pregunta de investigación-intervención busca comprender cómo visibilizar y potenciar procesos auto y heterorreferenciales en el equipo de profesionales de la comunidad terapeútica de la Fundación Génesis, en el abordaje y tratamiento de la pauta adicta, y a partir de allí, propiciar la construcción de espacios que permitan a los jóvenes y sus familias la generación de recursos que propendan también por la potencialización de sus propios procesos auto y heterorreferenciales.
Se lleva a cabo un proceso de consultoría, planteada desde una perspectiva cualitativa de segundo orden, donde se crearon 4 escenarios conversacionales, con la participación del equipo terapéutico de la Fundación, los jóvenes que asisten a un proceso de rehabilitación y sus familias, y los investigadores e interventores.
Este estudio se realiza a la luz de los principios del paradigma de la complejidad con un enfoque sistémico constructivista-construccionista. A partir de allí se acude a los operadores del vínculo, representados en los sistemas de significación y modos de organización, como ejes que posibilitan la movilización del proceso terapéutico.
Las principales conclusiones de esta investigación-intervención, permitieron visibilizar nuevas comprensiones frente a la intervención, asumiendo una postura horizontal que reconoce los recursos inmersos en el sistema consultante, dando una apertura a miradas alternas en donde se puedan llegar a propiciar espacios que favorezcan una postura transdisciplinar. Por otro lado, desde una perspectiva de segundo orden, también se movilizaron los marcos de referencia del equipo investigador-interventor frente al fenómeno lo cual favoreció las emergencias y el proceso de modelización. Por último, se visibiliza la autorreferencia como un proceso continuo que se halla inmerso, tanto en la comprensión del fenómeno del consumo de sustancias psicoactivas como en su tratamiento.
Abstract
This research-intervention is carried out with the objective of understanding and mobilizing the self-referential processes of the professionals of the Genesis Foundation, young people, families and the team of investigator-interveners, in order to enable reconfigurations of the addicted pattern, which favour co-evolutionary processes of the system. The work is part of the macroproject on Links, Ecology and Networks of the Master's Degree in Clinical and Family Psychology of the Universidad Santo Tomás.
The research-intervention question seeks to understand how to make visible and strengthen self-referential processes in the team of professionals from the therapeutic community of the Genesis Foundation, in the approach and treatment of the addicted guideline, and from there, to promote the construction of spaces that allow young people and their families to generate resources that also promote the potentialization of their own self-referential and heteroreferenced processes.
A consultancy process is carried out, based on a second order qualitative perspective, in which 4 conversational scenarios were created, with the participation of the Foundation's therapeutic team, the young people who attend a rehabilitation process and their families, and the researchers and interveners.
This study is carried out in light of the principles of the complexity paradigm with a systemic constructivist-constructionist approach. From there on, the link operators, represented in the systems of significance and modes of organization, are used as axes that make it possible to mobilize the therapeutic process.
The main conclusions of this research-intervention, allowed to make visible new understandings of the intervention, assuming a horizontal posture that recognizes the resources immersed in the consulting system, giving an openness to alternate looks in which we can arrive to propitiate spaces that favor a transdisciplinary posture. On the other hand, from a second-tier perspective, the reference frameworks of the investigator-inventor team were also mobilized in the face of the phenomenon, which favoured emergencies and the modelling process. Finally, self-referral is made visible as a continuous process that is immersed in both the understanding of the phenomenon of the consumption of psychoactive substances and their treatment.
