Abstract

In the present work it reaches the knowledge about the differential activities made as auxiliary resident in the construction of “CONJUNTO RESIDENCIAL ALTOS DE LA VILLA” (Constructora CHM S.A.S) located on diagonal 66 N 10-70 of Villas del Norte Town in Tunja, reaching a total of 635 hours of internship in the period from August 20 of 2020 to November 21 of the same year. In first place, it shows a general view of the project that gives a summary of the location, distribution of the four towers of six floors, common areas that it has, apartments types in concordance with its size and different spaces it counts with, furthermore it describes the different electrical equipment and finishes the apartments include to fulfill the requirements for the VIS houses. It also shows, the status and the developments in progress that had each tower of the project and the common areas at the moment that the internship started. On the other side, describes the functions filled like supervisor and construction control during the constructive process and complementary works, steel bars revision in the structure, tracking on the hydro-sanitary, electrical and gas installations performance, materials reception, and additional support on: pre and post sales, and bio-security protocol, employees control, daily and weekly reports of development in progress and other news.
