Resumen
Las festividades son instrumentos de referencia para diferentes actos o eventos culturales en los que el ser humano está inmerso. Colombia es un claro ejemplo, pues sus culturas están enmarcan en los distintos eventos que se realizan durante un año, ello es el Reinado de la Tercera Edad en Tibasosa. Colombia ha sido catalogada como segundo país con más festividades en el mundo, según la encuesta anual realizada por Gallup4, WIN y el Centro Consultoría. En este sentido, se realizó una investigación documental, descriptivo y de tipo mixto, que permitió analizar el estado del Reinado Nacional de la Tercera Edad en el municipio de Tibasosa, donde se pudo concluir una difusión cultural escasa, y así en conjunto, se indago sobre la influencia que este evento tiene en la generación de incrementos en el sector turístico a nivel municipal, departamental y nacional, prestando atención a diversas estrategias a esta y otras festividades que conllevarían a potencializar al turismo como motor de desarrollo en todas sus dimensiones. En efecto, se consideró importante tomar como referentes, portales informativos, teóricos con fundamentación patrimonial y programas y proyectos del gobierno, a fin de establecer la importancia de los eventos y el compromiso, participación y acción de una parte de la sociedad que en muchos momentos se ha ido olvidando.
Abstract
The festivities are reference instruments for different events or cultural events in which the human being is immersed. Colombia is a clear example, because its cultures are framed in the different events that take place during a year, that is the Reign of the Third Age in Tibasosa. Colombia has been listed as the second country with the most festivities in the world, according to the annual survey conducted by Gallup, WIN and the Consulting Center. In this sense, a documentary research and a survey of 50 people from the department was carried out, which allowed us to analyze the state of the Third Age National Reign in the municipality of Tibasosa, where a scarce cultural diffusion could be evidenced, and thus, as a whole, I inquire about the influence that this event has on the generation of increases in the tourism sector at the municipal, departmental and national levels, paying attention to various strategies to this and other festivities that would lead to potentializing tourism as an engine of development in all its dimensions , both for a national, departmental level and in its purpose a municipal level. Indeed, it was considered important to take as reference, informative, theoretical portals with patrimonial foundation and government programs and projects, in order to establish the importance of events and the commitment, participation and action of a part of society that in many moments It has been forgotten.
