Abstract

Performing my internships at EXPOGANADOS INTERNACIONAL SAS, was an enriching and constructive experience that will allow me in the near future to develop as an integral professional in international business. I joined the company on January 2, 2017. We had high expectations of being able to do my internship there and finally reach another link that would allow me to complete my professional career and then develop in the labor field. During the first week, they gave me an induction about the operation of the company, where they explained to me all the processes that are carried out there and the documents that are handled in my area of ​​competence to successfully achieve an export. At first, I was afraid of facing so many difficulties, but as the days went by I could realize that that fear had disappeared. After those induction days, it was up to me to handle the processes that cover all export documents, permits and certificates such as: Halal certificate, CCTAE certificates; fill invoices, verify that export declarations were consistent with the invoice, as well as the packing list. I was also in charge of contacting the shipping companies to set aside docks, making sure that the carriers left on time and when they arrived at the destination. In addition to this I can say that to contribute in other areas or works of the company stories like finances, to make legalizations of a few imports that the company carries out. I also had the opportunity to contact the banks to request the sending of the legalized documents and interest notes, and finally in the accounting area I could contribute Making tables of exports from previous years organizing by amounts, type of payment, both national and international customers and passing the registration of export movements and refunds. After 5 months as a practitioner, witnessed the first export of live cattle to Egypt that was sent through the port of Limonal in Cartagena, the export was approximately 7,000 thousand head of cattle; Participate in this export by calling the port, helping to fill out the necessary papers for the legalization of the shoes that take the cows in the ear and also the entry template of the company's personnel to the port, who are responsible for the inspection and care of livestock when riding it on the motorcycle.
