Tunja ciudad de los tesoros escondidos reconocida por su centro histórico como monumento Nacional lleno de cultura e historia que alberga años de gloria y libertad, acogiendo los eventos artísticos y culturales más distintivos de Boyacá. Tunja, no cuenta con escenarios propicios en los cuales se incentive y se impulse el reconocimiento y relevancia del patrimonio histórico, el
territorio y la cultura de la ciudad, generando pérdida de identidad y pertenencia frente a la cultura en la población Tunjana, por esta razón es pertinente proponer un equipamiento con fines culturales y artísticos denominado; “Centro Biocultural” para el reconocimiento del Territorio y el patrimonio Histórico el cual estará ubicado en el predio del antiguo terminal de transporte; como una estrategia para impulsar y dinamizar las prácticas artísticas y culturales de la ciudad promoviendo la Industria creativa y la envergadura de la protección y conservación del centro histórico. Se realizará una investigación aplicada a la ejecución de un
programa arquitectónico y diseño de un equipamiento Biocultural, donde se utilizan datos cualitativos y cuantitativos, se dividirá el proyecto en dos fases: Primera fase, donde se realizará toda la investigación del proyecto: Segunda fase, es la parte proyectual donde se analizan referentes y análisis del sector también se evidencia la propuesta arquitectónica en el
lugar.

Abstract
Tunja city of hidden treasures recognized for its historic center as a National Monument full of culture and history that houses years of glory and freedom, hosting the most important artistic and cultural events in Boyacá: Despite this, Tunja does not have favorable scenarios in the which the recognition and importance of the territory, culture and historical heritage of the city
are encouraged and promoted, generating loss of identity and belonging in the face of culture in the Tunjana population, for this reason it is pertinent to propose an equipment with cultural and artistic purposes called the Biocultural Center for the recognition of the Territory and Historical Heritage, which will be located on the site of the "old transport terminal" as a strategy to
promote and stimulate the artistic and cultural practices of the city, promoting the creative industry and the importance of preservation and conservation of the historic center. An investigation will be carried out applied to the execution of an architectural program and design of a Biocultural equipment, where qualitative and quantitative data are used. The project will be divided into two phases: First phase, where all the project research will be carried out: Second phase, is the project part where referents and analysis of the sector are analyzed, the architectural proposal in place is also evidenced.
