Resumen
Este trabajo tiene como finalidad formular el plan estratégico para la Comisión Municipal de Fútbol de Barrancabermeja (C.M.F.B.) durante el periodo de 2020 hasta el 2023, resaltando las diferentes estrategias y actividades que fortalecerán esta disciplina deportiva, beneficiando directamente a los 57 clubes y 5350 deportistas participantes de los Torneos Municipales que vienen desarrollando aproximadamente por 45 años. Aplicando herramientas estratégicas ayudarán a identificar a la organización factores internos y factores externos que fortalecerán el proceso deportivo desde lo administrativo hasta lo misional. Por otra parte, se desarrollará un análisis de macro entorno que identificaran variables políticas, variables económicas, variables sociales, variables tecnológicas, variables ecológicas y variables legales buscando facilitar el estudio de los mercados que ayudaran a identificar su entorno más favorable para la organización.
A través de una postura de ética organizacional era necesario referir la ubicación dentro del cuadrante que estableció la proyección de sus matrices internas y externas determinando como resultado “cosechar y reinvertir”, con esto, se analizaron estrategias para mejorar el desempeño organizacional. Utilizando herramientas de Planeación estratégica y prospectiva orientadas por el economista francés Michel Godet, se pudieron evidenciar, analizar y proyectar variables que marcaran un rumbo y una proyección en el futbol de región del Magdalena medio que estimularan factores de cambios direccionado a un beneficio colectivo. En conclusión, el Plan Estratégico formulado a la Comisión Municipal de Futbol de Barrancabermeja pudo evidenciar que la organización puede proyectarse como una entidad líder, auto sostenible, dinámica siempre y cuando acompañen en el proceso personas dolientes del deporte.
Abstract
This work aims to formulate the strategic plan for the Municipal Football Commission of Barrancabermeja (CMFB) during the period from 2020 to 2023, highlighting the different strategies and activities that will strengthen this sports discipline, directly benefiting the 57 clubs and 5350 athletes Participants of the Municipal Tournaments that have been developing for approximately 45 years. Applying strategic tools will help identify the organization internal factors and external factors that will strengthen the sports process from administrative to missionary. On the other hand, a macro environment analysis will be developed that will identify political variables, economic variables, social variables, technological variables, ecological variables and legal variables seeking to facilitate the study of markets that will help identify their most favorable environment for the organization.
Through a position of organizational ethics, it was necessary to refer to the location within the quadrant that established the projection of its internal and external matrices, determining as a result “harvest and reinvest”, with this, strategies were analyzed to improve organizational performance. Using strategic and prospective planning tools oriented by the French economist Michel Godet, it was possible to demonstrate, analyze and project variables that marked a direction and a projection in the football of the Middle Magdalena region that stimulated change factors aimed at a collective benefit. In conclusion, the Strategic Plan formulated to the Municipal Football Commission of Barrancabermeja could show that the organization can be projected as a leading, self-sustainable, dynamic entity as long as people suffering from sports accompany the process.
