Propuesta de parque recreativo ambiental autosostenible, en el barrio Manuel Jiménez del municipio de Montería – departamento de Córdoba

Resumen
Esta propuesta describe la situación que presenta la inexistencia de un parque recreacional en los que afecta a todos los habitantes del barrio Manuel Jiménez, ubicado en el municipio de Montería en el departamento de Córdoba. Comienza con la problemática y antecedentes de la construcción de los parque recreacionales en el mundo; luego a nivel del país y posteriormente en el municipio de Montería con su panorama y sus condiciones actuales; continua con la conceptualización de los parques recreativos junto a sus antecedentes, tanto en su contexto a nivel nacional como mundial, la normatividad legal y los entes que lo respaldan las construcciones de los parques recreativos.
Este proyecto nace de la necesidad de orientar a la comunidad en cuanto a la propuesta de un modelo de parque recreacional que sea amigable y preserve el medio ambiente para que la población de niños, jóvenes y adultos tengan un espacio adecuado y cómodo de libre esparcimiento. Esta comunidad no cuenta con parque recreacional y los niños se moldean a divertirse en un lote donde se encuentran animales roedores, insectos, malezas y sin ninguna clase de juegos, los jóvenes se reúnen y en algunas ocasiones tendiendo a tomar malos hábitos y decisiones como drogas, alcohol, entre otras y los adultos mantienen en sus hogares sin tener otra opción de salir de su rutina diaria.
Se propone de un modelo de parque recreativo ambiental con un sistema de captación y aprovechamiento de las aguas lluvias con empradización en sintéticos en algunas zonas para su propio sustento de riego en plantas, árboles y aseo de baños, con un método de captación de aguas por medio de canales que conducen directamente a un tanque de almacenamiento y sistema de riego. Cabe resaltar, que se tiene en cuenta la existencia de elementos básicos para la recolección de aguas lluvias como: en la región los altos niveles de pluviosidad, de igual forma, la diversidad de forma de captación, recolección y almacenamiento en tanques, también debe tener sistema de filtración y el sistema de bombeo, este a su vez cuenta con unas bicicletas estáticas de hacer ejercicio que se acopla a la bomba y se produce el riego a la zona de jardinería, de esta forma los habitantes tendrán motivos para valorar más su salud y aporte a la ecología , este proceso inicia con el material sintético de las zonas y las zonas en concreto que escurren las aguas lluvias son aprovechadas y de esta manera se hace un aporte positivo al medio ambiente.
Abstract
This proposal describes the situation of the non-existence of a recreational park that affects all the inhabitants of the Manuel Jimenez neighborhood, located in the municipality of Montería in the department of Córdoba. It begins with the problems and antecedents of the construction of recreational parks in the world; then at the country level and later in the municipality of Monteria with its panorama and current conditions; continues with the conceptualization of recreational parks along with their antecedents, both in their context at the national and global level, the legal regulations and the entities that support the construction of recreational parks.
This project was born from the need to guide the community regarding the proposal of a recreational park model that is friendly and preserves the environment so that the population of children, youth and adults have an adequate and comfortable space for free recreation. This community does not have a recreational park and children are molded to have fun in a lot where rodents, insects, weeds are found and without any kind of games, young people get together and sometimes tend to make bad habits and decisions such as drugs. , alcohol, among others and the adults keep in their homes without having any other option to leave their daily routine.
A model of an environmental recreational park is proposed with a system for collecting and using rainwater with embedment in synthetics in some areas for its own sustenance of irrigation in plants and trees, with a method of collecting water through channels that lead directly to storage tanks and irrigation system. It should be noted that the existence of basic elements for the collection of rainwater is taken into account, such as: in the region the high levels of rainfall, in the same way, the diversity of the way of collection, collection and storage
in tanks, must also have filtration system and pumping system, this in turn has two exercise bikes that are attached to the pump and irrigate the gardening área, in this way the inhabitants will have reasons to value their health more and contribution to ecology, this process begins with the synthetic material of the areas and the specific areas that run off the rainwater are used and in this way a positive contribution to the environment is made.
