Abstract

Within the food industry, agriculture plays a fundamental role by providing 80% of the total food consumed in the world, increasing the need for raw materials over the years. However, the inadequate industrial approach accompanied by rapid population growth has required overexploitation of the planet's resources, affecting the balance of ecosystems to the point of generating irreversible damage. It is necessary to build a new agricultural production model through a comprehensive approach, which allows the same amount of products to be generated in less space and with adequate use of natural resources. The FAC ANYSCUA project is created located in the city of Tunja - Boyacá, which aims to design an architectural space that promotes research, innovation and development of the agricultural sector in the department of Boyacá, optimizing the use of resources in a strategic site such as the southern market square sector in Tunja, improving the social, environmental and infrastructure dynamics in the surrounding neighborhoods: San Francisco, El Triunfo and San Antonio.
