Resumen

El proyecto de grado, tiene como propósito diseñar un Centro de Atención Especializada para el menor infractor en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Este centro tiene como fin conocer e implementar las pautas de diseño penitenciario moderno en busca de mejorar la infraestructura y el proceso de resocialización de los jóvenes que cumplen una condena. El Centro de Atención Especializada acoge jóvenes de 14 a 17 años que buscan reparar un delito culposo cometido en contra de la ley. Este proyecto se desarrolló bajo cuatro componentes fundamentales para su elaboración, primero, Componente Urbano; por medio de análisis y criterios se busca una ubicación y pertinente conexión del establecimiento con la ciudad, segundo, Componente Funcional; reúne todas las partes que conforman el Centro y la relación entre estas, tercero, Componente Formal; determina el lenguaje arquitectónico del edificio, cuarto, Componente Técnico; pacta las soluciones constructivas más ajustadas a un factor de seguridad.

Abstract

This degree Project has the objective of designing a Specialized Attention Center for minor offenders in the city of Bucaramanga. This center has the ultimate task to know and implement the steps for the modern penitentiary design in order to improve the infrastructure and teenagers’ resocialization process that are undergoing a sentence. This S.A.C. receives teenagers between 14 and 17 years old that want to make it up for a committed crime against the law. This project was developed based upon 4 fundamental components for its elaboration: First, the urban component, through analysis and criteria, a pertinent ubication and connection between the center and the city is selected. Second, the functional component, gathers all the parts that conform the Center and the relationships among these. Third, the formal Component, it determines the building’s architectonical language. Fourth, the technical component, it pacts the constructive solutions that adjust the most to a security factor.
