Abstract

This was carried out first with the study of the economy in Colombia, focusing on research in results are the activities that generate the most income to the Country and results are those with the lowest percentage of income. In this study, three sectors were identified, where agriculture is in the first sector, and they are those products that do not require any transformation, of which some are identified that are characteristic of Colombia due to their production levels, according to this information we are going to focus on the smallest data, the pineapple. This product has a large percentage of production in the Department of Santander, where two of its municipalities are the ones that grow this product the most, which are Lebrija and Girón, with San Juan de Girón being the municipality with the lowest percentage of contribution in the production of this product , so the reason for this low percentage was investigated. In Girón, several problems were found at the economic, social, cultural, education and employment levels, in addition to the scarce technological implementation in its agricultural production processes. From this, it is intended to carry out an architectural design that contributes to the increase in agricultural production through education, technological implementation and stable employment opportunity, which once allows to recover the agricultural identity of the Municipality.
