Descripción
El habitante de calle de acuerdo con la Ley 1641 de 2013, se entiende como la
persona sin distinción de sexo, raza o edad que hace de la calle su lugar de habitación, ya sea
de forma permanente o transitoria, de igual modo, según las investigaciones revisadas se
evidencia que es una problemática que crece día tras día, se denota la incapacidad del estado
para generar políticas públicas que en realidad mitiguen la situación.
Es por ello que se hace relevante explorar si los estados del Yo propuestos por
Molano, Rodríguez y Zúñiga siguen vigentes en los habitantes de calle actuales para generar
un análisis psicoprospectivo de los Estado del Yo, promoviendo nuevos estados del Yo
posibles ideales alcanzables.
En concordancia, con esto se pretende comprender la triangulación entre política
pública, experiencia de vida del habitante de calle y sus estados del Yo, permitiendo un
análisis para la creación de posibles modelos mentales futuristas, siendo posible crear, recrear
y replantear las representaciones sociales en este caso de los habitantes de calle.
Esto será llevado a cabo por medio de un diseño cualitativo con uso de las
experiencias de vida que serán grabados para realizar una transcripción más detallada del
discurso emergente; de la mano el enfoque usado es el construccionismo social, el cual da
cuenta de la interacción del habitante de calle con su entorno, creando unos estados del Yo
específicos (padre crítico y negativo, padre crítico, niño sumiso, niño rebelde y niño malo)
categorías actuales descifradas según Molano, Rodríguez y Zúñiga, (2011), con el fin de
realizar un plan de acción o que influencia dichos estados y se promueva el cambio, de igual
modo es esencial la técnica entrevista semiestructurada y la categorización para dar cuenta decómo las categorías (componentes de la política pública, Experiencias de vida y estados del
Yo).
Por ende, se acoge la idea del análisis psicoprospectivo, el cual se destaca por realizar
estados del yo actuales, dando paso a la construcción de posibles nuevos estados del Yo
aporte emergente en la investigación: (Niño decisivo, padre enlazado y guía, niño reflexivo y
niño crítico).
Abstract
The inhabitant of street according to Law 1641 of 2013, is understood as the person
without distinction of sex, race or age that makes the street his place of habitation, either
permanently or temporarily, in the same way, according to the Revised research shows that it
is a problem that grows day after day, denoting the inability of the state to generate public
policies that actually mitigate the situation.
That is why it is relevant to explore whether the states of the Self proposed by
Molano, Rodríguez and Zúñiga are still valid in the current street inhabitants to generate a
psycho-prospective analysis of the State of the Self, promoting new states of the I possible
attainable ideals.
In accordance with this, it is intended to understand the triangulation between public
policy, life experience of the street dweller and their ego states, allowing an analysis for the
creation of possible futuristic mental models, being possible to create, recreate and rethink
the social representations in this case of street people.
This will be carried out through a qualitative design with use of life experiences that
will be recorded to make a more detailed transcription of the emerging discourse; hand in
hand the approach used is social constructionism, which accounts for the interaction of street
dwellers with their environment, creating specific ego states (critical and negative father,
critical father, submissive child, rebellious child and bad child) current categories deciphered
according to Molano, Rodríguez and Zúñiga, (2011), in order to make an action plan or to
influence those states and promote change, in the same way is essential semi-structuredinterview technique and categorization to account for how the categories (components of
public policy, life experiences and ego states).
Therefore, the idea of psycho-prospective analysis is welcomed, which is highlighted
by realizing current ego states, giving way to the construction of possible new states of the I
emerging contribution in research: (Decisive child, linked parent and guide, thoughtful child
and critical child).
