Resumen
Una transformación urbana debe ser considerada desde los estudios sociológicos, y la academia en general, como una transformación social debido a que las modificaciones en el entorno de determinado espacio el cual se define en teoría como público afecta directamente las dinámicas en el tejido social dando como resultado la extensión cultural, social y
económica del mismo. Teniendo en cuenta esto, se deberá analizar minuciosamente los discursos emitidos por el emisor (quien se hace cargo del proyecto) tomando como base la premisa que el discurso es el medio en que se legitima dentro de una sociedad cualquier tipo de proyecto o acción a través de un convencimiento enmarcado en estructuras semánticas.
La presente investigación, que aún se encuentra en curso, pretende analizar el discurso emitido por el sector gubernamental y la Fundación Gilberto Álzate Avendaño frente al proyecto de transformación urbana denominado Bronx Distrito Creativo ejecutado en la ciudad de Bogotá.
Abstract
An urban transformation must be considered from sociological studies, and the academy in general, as a social transformation because the modifications in the environment of a certain space which is defined in theory as public directly affects the dynamics in the social fabric,giving as result the cultural, social and economic extension of the same. Bearing this in mind,
the speeches issued by the issuer (who is in charge of the project) should be carefully analyzed based on the premise that the speech is the means in which any type of project or action is legitimized within a society through a conviction framed in semantic structures. his research, which is still in progress, aims to analyze the discourse issued by the government
