dc.description	El presente plan de mejora propone la optimización de la cadena de suministro de la empresa Logysteel mediante el análisis e implementación de indicadores de desempeño que evalúa todas las fases y gestores involucrados en las diferentes etapas de la empresa. A Partir del diagnóstico de la práctica realizada se identificaron tiempos excesivos en determinadas etapas, los gestores involucrados gastan más tiempo del establecido, tienen múltiples cuentas lo que les impide cumplir al 100% en sus funciones, no están debidamente capacitados y presentan debilidades críticas en la comunicación interna entre áreas. Por lo que se plantea este plan de mejora para estandarizar los procesos y fortalecer la gestión operativa de las diferentes áreas, buscando así que la eficiencia logística del proceso permita reducir tiempos de entrega y aumentar la satisfacción del cliente, lo que genera un efecto en la compañía de mayor fidelización.
dc.description.abstract	The present improvement plan proposes the optimization of Logysteel’s supply chain through the analysis and implementation of performance indicators that evaluate all the phases and managers involved in the company’s processes. Based on the diagnostic assessment carried out, excessive times were identified in certain stages; the managers involved spend more time than established, handle multiple accounts that prevent them from fully performing their functions, lack proper training, and present critical weaknesses in internal communication between departments. Therefore, this improvement plan is proposed to standardize processes and strengthen the operational management of the different areas, aiming for the logistical efficiency of the process to reduce delivery times and increase customer satisfaction, which in turn generates greater customer loyalty for the company.
