| dc.description | La presente ponencia tiene como objetivo mostrar el análisis de las convergencias, divergencias, retos y oportunidades de las metodologías pedagógicas innovadoras de cara al fortalecimiento de la pertinencia y calidad de los procesos formativos en contextos policiales. Se parte de la problemática existente en la falta de innovación pedagógica en la formación policial, lo cual limita el desarrollo de las competencias que exige la sociedad y el mundo actual. Metodológicamente el estudio tiene un diseño cualitativo descriptivo-analítico de corte hermenéutico en donde se hizo análisis documental tomando como base artículo científicos indexados en las bases de datos más importantes del mundo. Así pues se llega a la conclusión de que tanto autores clásicos como contemporáneos muestran la necesidad de la implementación de pedagogías activas en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje para la mejora de su efectividad, es por lo que, Las disputas históricas entre los enfoques tradicionales y los nuevos paradigmas se pueden resolver a través de procesos comunicativos organizados, como el modelo de Lasswell (1948), que permite planificar la enseñanza desde la intencionalidad, la ética y los resultados educativos. | |
