Resumen
El presente trabajo despliega las diferentes actividades que fueron asignadas por el Ing. Cesar David López Arenas; Secretario de Infraestructura de la Alcaldía Mayor de Tunja, dividiéndose en apoyo a la supervisión de obra de los proyectos: Plan Bicentenario y Talud de la María. Por otro parte, se realizó una evaluación estructural a las diferentes edificaciones como la antigua edificación del Colegio Carlos Arturo Torres INEM Américas, el Colegio Carlos Arturo Torres INEM – Sede Piloto y el cerramiento del Distrito Militar para establecer una alternativa de reconstrucción o demolición. Además de realizarse actividades de campo, se ejecutó el levantamiento arquitectónico plasmado en planos de las principales plazas de mercado de la ciudad Tunja. Por ultimo para el proyecto de Gestión de Riesgos Tunja, se realizaron diferentes actividades como: ensayos de laboratorio y digitalización de información; garantizando el cumplimiento de las respectivas actividades dadas por la Secretaria de Infraestructura.
La finalidad del trabajo desarrollado en la alcaldía mayor de Tunja, genero grandes expectativas, logrando así un enfoque principalmente al estudio preliminar de la antigua estructura del Colegio Carlos Arturo Torres INEM Américas.
Teniendo en cuenta las anteriores actividades, se implementaron las normas NSR10, INVIAS, las normas técnicas colombianas y las ASTM.
Abstract
The present work displays the different activities that were assigned by Mr. Cesar David López Arenas; Secretary of Infrastructure of the Greater Mayorship of Tunja, dividing in support to the supervision of work of the projects: Plan Bicentenario and Talud de la María. On the other hand, a structural evaluation was carried out on the different buildings such as the old Carlos Arturo Torres INEM Americas building, the Carlos Arturo Torres INEM - Pilot Headquarters and the closing of the Military District to establish an alternative for reconstruction or demolition. In addition to carrying out field activities, the architectural survey was carried out in plans of the main market squares of the city of Tunja. Finally, for the Tunja Risk Management project, different activities were carried out, such as: laboratory tests and information digitalization; guaranteeing the fulfillment of the respective activities given by the Secretary of Infrastructure.
The purpose of the work developed in the mayor of Tunja, generated great expectations, thus achieving an approach mainly to the preliminary study of the old structure of Carlos Arturo Torres INEM Americas.
Taking into account the previous activities, the NSR10, INVIAS, Colombian technical standards and ASTM standards were implemented.
