Abstract

This report presents the work development of business practice and the experiences acquired during the six months of practices carried out at the company Alltrans Ltda., In which I was able to experience and test the knowledge acquired during the course of my undergraduate studies in International Business. When I arrived at the company, the first thing that was done was to know the policy and regulations, subsequently, an export and import preparation was carried out. Additionally, I was delegated the functions and activities to be developed along with my responsibilities within the company. The activities carried out during the business practice corresponded to request freight rates for the different transport modalities, export and import quotes, tracking of the goods at each point of the process and making reservations among other activities, during the development of the business practice Logistic processes of exports and imports, advisory service for procedures of Foreign Trade, Customs Agency, International transport and documentation were carried out.
