dc.description	Gracias a su ubicación geográfica, condiciones climáticas y riqueza en biodiversidad, Matanza cuenta con un gran potencial en el ámbito de la actividad turística, la cual ha incrementado en los últimos años, y con ello, se ha evidenciado la necesidad de una infraestructura que aporte un crecimiento en cuanto a la oferta de alojamiento y hospedaje. El presente proyecto arquitectónico propone el diseño de un Alojamiento rural, ubicado en el municipio de Matanza, dando una solución físico-espacial a la demanda actual de los servicios de alojamiento, hospedaje y servicios complementarios, desde un enfoque de conceptos y principios de la Arquitectura Modular.
dc.description.abstract	Thanks to its geographical location, climate conditions, and rich biodiversity, Matanza has great potential for tourism activities, which have increased in recent years. Because of this growth, there is now a clear need for infrastructure that can support the expansion of accommodation and lodging options. This architectural project proposes the design of a rural lodging facility located in the municipality of Matanza. It aims to provide a physical and spatial solution to the current demand for accommodation, lodging, and complementary services, following the concepts and principles of Modular Architecture.
