Proteger IPS busca mantener su competitividad de mejorar constantemente la calidad de sus servicios. A pesar de su certificación ISO 9001:2015, el servicio de ópticas no está incluido en el alcance de esta certificación, lo que presenta una oportunidad para establecer un sólido sistema de gestión de calidad, estandarizar procesos, cumplir con requisitos legales y fortalecer la confianza de los clientes en este nuevo servicio.
Abstract
Proteger IPS seeks to maintain its competitiveness by constantly improving the quality of t´s services. Despite its ISO 9001:2015 certification, the optical services is not included in the scope of certification, which presents an opportunity to establish a strong quality management system, standardize processes, comply whit legal requirements, and strengthen customer confidence in this new service.
